They ripen from a creamy white to lemon yellow, then orange and if left on plant long will eventually turn red. The Feher Ozon Paprika chile plants are very prolific and produce very early. The flavor is very sweet with a mild building heat. They are thick walled and can be roasted, fried, stuffed or dried for a nice paprika powder. Great for a nice mild hot sauce anyone can enjoy!
