13.08.2022 - removed the pods and put them into the fridge for later use. Sadly some of them went bad by the time I wanted to make CowboyCandy from them and my Jalapenos (still did it and it is quite awesome!). The plants that produced 165 pods or 727 grams of Serrano chilies for me turned naked when I stripped off their green. They are resting in a peaceful cellar now, waiting for their renaissance in 2023 (well.. I sure hope so) |

01.11.2022 - They did great for a long time after the initial shock of the warm room and I picked 50 chilies (or 346 gramms) so far. There are still some ripe Serranos and quite some slow-ripening Serranos on the plants, but the plants themself started to look worse about 2 weeks ago. Hope the chilies can finish ripening before the plants die. Plan was to choose the best plant and try to overwinter it (like it was the plan for all my species) |

29.09.2022 - the day I moved them back inside the house because I felt like it's too cold outside. |

06.07.2022 - Do I need to say more? That one definitely is a grower, being 77cm tall now! But I can't complain about the others as they are doing their job of "growing big", too. The Serranos started to have many (and long!) side shoots at the bottom, so that's going to be a bushy corner right there. |

19.06.2022 - potted up to their final 9L pots. They had good roots, but not as great ones as the Jalapeños. Anyway, they're growing quite funny green |

14.05.2022 - they look quite small after potting up, as I set them especially deep I side their new 4L pots. They're waiting in their transport box to be carried outside |

09.04.2022 - moved all 6 of the plants from 0.3L to 1L pots and cut all the cotyledons. They are very fragile and bend over all the time. I hope they'll stand back up now that I potted them deeper than before.. |
